Data we collect
When you contact us through the form, we process the details you give us: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. We also record the IP address the message was sent from, to prevent abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and deleted afterwards. The IP address is erased after 30 days.
Processors
Data is stored with the website's hosting provider in the European Union, and emails are handled by our email provider. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map is displayed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to geral@arbecor.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
